This web site highlights the literary works of author Brian Pettit. Brian has written six very successful novels, and is a willing speaker on Canadian Nationalism. The Weilmoringle Kid, When the Curlew Cries and Beyond Matilda are set in his birth country of Australia. Saturday's Hero is an ode to aspects of Canadian Nationalism. It demonstrates how the power of history can alter the human spirit. Cameron's Crossing is a fictionalised account of an immigrant's journey to Vancouver Island in 1850 while Shadows on Spatsizi is a light hunting adventure with a dark edge.
